Some years ago I listened to a lecture by Dr. Barrie Tan, the inventor of Tocotrienol at an anti-aging conference in Las Vegas. He pointed out that the only form of vitamin E is tocotrienol with no contamination of tocopherol. Only tocotrienol lowers cholesterol, triglycerides and protects you as an antioxidant. Ever since I have taken only tocotrienol 125 mg per day.
