Coffee contains palmitic acid. Palmitic acid is important in detoxifying the liver because it increases glutathione S-transferase. These ingredients, known as Theophylline and Theobromine dilate the blood vessels in the liver and counter the inflammation in the gut. So, it is the S-transferase that removes the toxins from the blood.

The beans are roasted on a tilted bed at higher temperatures. Instead of a rotating drum, beans are constantly mixed by the flow of hot air under high pressure, roasting each bean evenly. Our Coffee is "Air Roasted" and not "Drum Roasted" as is 99% of the coffee on the Market. Drum roasting by fire can leave a toxic residue on the bean. Our unique Air Roast method eliminates any chance of this happening. Air Roasting is also why our coffee is higher in caffeine and palmitic acid. We deliver the cleanest coffee with the highest compounds necessary to stimulate the liver bile ducts for detoxification.

Description

Wellness Extract PureLife Enema Coffee is a USDA-certified organic enema-specific coffee. It has specialty-grade, air-roasted ground coffee beans that are completely mold and fungus free. Air roasting eliminates dust and chaff, making the purest form of Coffee suitable, especially for enema therapy.

If the certified label is not on a coffee bag, it is not certified organic. Wellness Extract PureLife Enema Coffee is 100% USDA-certified and certified organic by Oregon Tilth. These labels show that our Coffee is truly certified organic. For Coffee to carry the USDA organic label, the beans must be grown on a certified organic farm; the importer and roaster must also be certified organic. Our Coffee is certified 100% organic by Oregon Tilth, a leading certifier, educator, and advocate for sustainable organic agriculture for over 40 years. Certification ensures the organic integrity of our Coffee from its origin to you, our customer.

Enema Coffee is available in three roast levels recommended by Gerson's enema therapy and meets the individual needs for detoxification.

USDA and OTCO certified 100% Organic

1. MEDIUM ROASTED: This is our customers' most popular choice from novice to pro! Accepted by Gerson for use by patients. Very natural, yet has a powerful effect.

2. LIGHT ROASTED: More powerful than medium roast. It is slightly higher in caffeine and palmitic acid. Accepted by Gerson for their patients.

3. ULTRA LIGHT ROASTED: The strongest of all three coffees. A "gold" roast that is a light yellow color. It contains the highest caffeine and palmitic acid. It is not recommended for the frail or elderly.

COFFEE ENEMA VS. WATER ENEMA:

Coffee Enemas are similar to water enemas regarding administration. Still, the main difference is water enemas work well just for relieving constipation, whereas coffee enemas reach up to the bile duct and cleanse the liver from toxins. These toxins are the primary cause of illness in the body, and they come in various forms, such as insecticides sprayed on crops, antibiotics or hormones in meat, car exhaust fumes, and PFC from non-stick cookware, to name a few environmental toxins. Coffee enemas help remove this toxin build-up in the body as a natural cleanser and detoxifier.

Coffee enema is recommended to cleanse the colon and improve gut health. It also enhances the natural movement of the colon, known as peristaltic movement, which induces proper GI tract functions. Coffee enemas should be done under supervision if you are a beginner, followed by taking a probiotic supplement and restoring the electrolytes.

Directions

Wellness Extract Purelife Enema Coffee is available in three different roast forms, but the process to make the decoction for the enema process is the same for all.

HOW TO PREPARE THE COFFEE FOR THE ENEMA

1. Pour 4 cups of distilled or purified water into a stainless steel pot.

2. Add 3 Tablespoons of Purelife Enema coffee and bring it to a boil.

3. Boil for 5 minutes.

4. Reduce heat and cover with a lid. Simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Remove from the stove and cool to lukewarm. (You may want to put the pot in the refrigerator to cool faster)

6. Next, strain the Coffee into your enema bucket.

7. You may add water to bring the solution up to 4 cups if boiling dissipates some of the solutions.

8. Next, take your enema bucket and tubing and make sure the white clamp on the tubing is shut tightly.

9. Place a very fine mesh 304 stainless steel strainer over the bucket and pour your cooled enema solution into the enema bucket. Do not use paper coffee filters, as the paper filaments can get into the solution.

10. Fill the bucket up to 1 quart at least. 1 Quart of solution provides at least enough liquid for one enema.

PREPARING TO TAKE THE ENEMA

1. Hold the tubing over a sink and release the clamp so that a little solution runs through the tubing and into the sink. Then quickly close the clamp again. Doing this will remove air and air bubbles from the tubing. This is important to do.

2. Place an old towel on the bed or floor where you lie down. You can cover the towel with plastic sheeting as well. Plastic is easy to clean and wipe up if any spillage occurs.

3. Next, take the enema bucket to where you will administer your enema into the rectum.

4. Hang or place the bucket 16" to 45" above where your bottom will be. The higher the bucket, the greater the flow.

5. Coffee enemas are usually administered lying on the bed or floor. But you can also administer it while standing in the shower area, then move to the bed to lie down on your right side and hold in the enema for 15 minutes.

6. Make sure the tubing from the bucket to your body is straight, with no waviness. Waviness can inhibit the flow. If you have to cut the tubing a little, you can do so.

7. Lubricate the end of the enema nozzle with olive oil and insert it into your rectum. Do this carefully. You do not want to tear any tissues.

8. Release the clamp and allow the solution to flow. When you feel full, shut the clamp. You should not feel uncomfortable. If you do, then you took in too much solution.

9. Lie on your right side for 15 minutes, and hold the enema solution in.

10. When finished holding in the enema, go to the toilet and eliminate.

*Note: If you have trouble holding the Coffee in during the enema for 15 minutes, the coffee solution could be too strong for you. You can dilute the coffee enema by adding water to it, which will lessen the potency and allow you to retain it longer.

AFTER THE ENEMA

1. Remember to stay hydrated and drink three 8 oz cups of water for every coffee enema throughout the day. If you have trouble holding the Coffee in, Gerson recommends adding Potassium Salts to your enema. This helps replenish the body's minerals and electrolytes.

2. Double certification ensures our Coffee's cleanliness and organic integrity from origin to you, our customer. Yes, clean beans are important since it is going into your liver.

Q. What is Enema Coffee? Is it the same as store-bought coffee?

Enema Coffee is a specialty grade ground coffee which is very different from a regular store-bought coffee. The difference is in the cleanliness of the coffee as enema coffee directly reaches the gut and liver. This coffee is also air-roasted.

Q. Why use a special enema coffee for enema therapy?

Enema therapy coffee should have a high cafestol, that is a diterpene compound present in the coffee that is needed to reach the bile ducts for an optimum detox. Our coffee is also USDA and OTCO certified 100% Organic. Double certification ensures the cleanliness and organic integrity of our coffee from origin to you, our customer. Yes, clean beans are important since it is going into your liver.

Q. What is Air-roasting?

Air-roasting is a special process that removes the dust and chaff from the coffee beans. This process is different from regular drum-roasting as it removes the skin of the coffee bean through use of air with high speed, similar to popping corn, unlike drum-roasting with heat. It makes the coffee much cleaner and safe for internal use.

Q. What is the shelf-life of Wellness Extract Purelife Enema Coffee?

Wellness Extract Enema coffee retains 100% of its cafestol and palmitic acid content for at least 8 months and up to 1 year.

Q. Which roast should I choose if I am trying the Coffee enema for the first time?

For beginners, Medium Roasted coffee is recommended as it is mild. The lighter the color of the coffee, the stronger the caffeine content.

Q. What is the frequency of doing a coffee enema?

It is subjective to the person and the health condition. The frequency may range between once a month or twice a week to even once a day! It depends on the health status of the individual taking the enema or as recommended by their healthcare practitioner.

Q. Do I need any supplements after taking coffee enema?

Coffee enemas may upset the PH balance as they detoxify the colon and liver. A probiotic may be useful but is not necessary after enema therapy. A healthy diet is highly recommended.

Q. Do coffee enemas disturb the natural electrolyte balance in the body?

Coffee enemas may upset the PH and electrolyte levels in the body as the detoxification is instant. A supplement rich in natural Humic and Fulvic minerals such as Wellness Extract Cell Dtox is recommended to restore the PH balance and electrolytes. Check out Cell DTox

Q. What is the difference between water enema and coffee enema?

Water enemas help to relieve constipation and keep the colon clean. Coffee enemas help in toxin removal and improve gut health and absorption of nutrients in addition to the benefits of water enemas.

Q. What are the benefits of coffee enema therapy?

Coffee enemas are a natural means of detox. They improve gut health, cleanse the liver and colon, improve peristalsis, reduce inflammation and promote a healthy digestive system. The benefits range from pain management to aiding weight loss.
